Job Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated and performance-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our restaurant in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
- Lead and train team members to maintain high service standards
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service protocols are followed consistently
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Oversee POS and billing systems, and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies
- Implement cost control measures and support profitability goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Contract Terms & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: ₹25,000
