Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:

We are hiring a dedicated and performance-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our restaurant in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Lead and train team members to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service protocols are followed consistently
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Oversee POS and billing systems, and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely supplies
  • Implement cost control measures and support profitability goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting
  • Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Contract Terms & Benefits:
