MENU FORMULATION WITH RECIPE BOOK & MENU COSTING (WITH ONLINE TRAINING)

Supports in Menu Formulation, Bistro Brain Recipe book for your customized menu & Menu costing along with Staff Training. Staff training shall be arranged online depending upon the need and support required. Digital approach is the most preferred as technology enables us to go for it whenever and wherever needed. You get an opportunity to connect, discuss and revise the processes thrice through phone/video call.

Please note that the Menu charges are one time only. We also offer customised menus for Cafe, Lounge Bar, Fine Dining, Canteen and Catering. Charges on request.
