Chef CP began his illustrious career at The Oberoi, Mumbai, one of India’s most iconic luxury hotels. As Kitchen Executive across their signature restaurants—Brasserie, Vetro, Tiffin, Kandahar, and more—he not only led diverse kitchen teams but was instrumental in launching and revamping several concepts. During his time, Vetro was awarded Best Italian Restaurant and Best New Restaurant (Savvy Cookbook & Times of India), and Tiffin was named Best Multi-Cuisine Restaurant by India Today.

He further expanded his culinary footprint at Velassaru Maldives as Executive Chef and part of the pre-opening team—leading kitchen design and building a team from scratch for 9 kitchen outlets.

Prashanth’s deep understanding of European and international cuisines positioned him as a key figure in introducing the Belgian-origin brand Le Pain Quotidien to the Indian market. As an Independent Project Consultant, he worked closely with their international team in New York, adapting their global model to Indian preferences. His work was pivotal in establishing the brand’s presence across Mumbai and setting up 5 locations with full operational strategy and culinary customization.

With hands-on consulting in concept development, menu curation, and full turnkey setups, he has helped launch multiple successful brands across India and internationally.

His signature projects include imaginative concepts such as a Pizza, Pasta & Bar experience—where every dish is a balance of classic technique and modern flair. From ideation to execution, his focus is always on operational excellence, culinary quality, and a strong brand identity.
