When we began our journey with a team size of just two partners, our vision was to mark our presence in every country as restaurant consultants by reflecting our experience, exposure and expertise in the field of hospitality. However, with time we realised that it is not enough to know what we possess. To take such a leap, we need to first understand the market and expectations of people in a region with respect to their lifestyle, food taste, quality of life, culture, food habits, how frequently they dine out, their specialities, work routine, their social life and many more. Staying in a bubble and realising such a big vision was not easy. So, we decided to take our first step by associating with Specialists or Partners in different locations across the globe who can add immense value to our offerings, but at the same time maintain the integrity and quality in work that we follow. Our collaborations shall surely be the next step to experience something fresh and exciting on table that can be cherished for lifetime.

Suzana is a Hospitality consultant and wine expert with more than 15 years of experience in France and abroad. She is originally from the Bordeaux region where she fell in love with the vineyards and French gastronomy. Her passion for good food led her to create several bars and restaurants in France and abroad.

Today, as a passionate, dynamic and caring professional, she accompanies hospitality businesses in order to guide the customers, make their business profitable and sustainable. She puts all her knowledge and skills at the service for the profession and by training the talents of tomorrow. Her talents as an oenologist and her language skills (French, English, Spanish and Polish) allow her to be versatile in the world of gastronomy in UK. She has the capability of handling the whole project that includes search for the premises and the architectural plans to the design of the menu and the search for partner chefs to monitoring the execution of work.

Abhilash K –

Business Development Head, EMEA/GCC regions

With more than 11 years of Sales experience and several years Management Experience,  he love to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. He has the potential to create, scale and optimise product portfolios. He has enjoyed many executive positions throughout his career in sales, marketing and business development. To take the initiative, start the communication and make customers happy is his greatest strength.

With a Post Graduation in Marketing Management, his expertise includes Strategic Planning, Business Development and Team Building/Leadership. He is focused on developing new business relationships and expanding distribution networks through strategic planning activities by means of various Market Planning tools including Administration programs across regions. He believes there’s certainly yet more to learn, yet more problems to solve and yet more to build. Bistro Brain shall use his skills and expertise to enhance stronger associations with clients overseas in the field of hospitality that includes food and beverage service offering businesses; be it the assistance or support required to  start a restaurant/cafe/lounge bar/kiosk/cloud kitchen/central kitchen/hotel etc. or manage the restaurant sales/operations.
